Welcome to Mario’s Mobile Detailing. By booking or receiving our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Mario’s Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, and full vehicle detailing. All services will be performed as discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking or quotation.
All quotes are based on the vehicle size, condition, and requested service. Final pricing may change if the vehicle’s condition differs from what was described or if additional services are requested on-site.
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. Excessively dirty vehicles, biohazards, pet hair buildup, mold, or other extreme conditions may require additional fees or may result in service refusal.
Mario’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Mechanical or electrical issues
Loose, damaged, or aftermarket parts
Damage resulting from undisclosed vehicle conditions
Clients acknowledge that detailing services may reveal existing imperfections such as scratches, stains, or wear.
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved payment methods communicated during booking. Late or unpaid balances may result in additional fees.
Mario’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if working conditions are not suitable.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
By providing your phone number to Mario’s Mobile Detailing, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to your service request, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, service updates, and customer support communications.
Message frequency varies depending on your service activity and appointment scheduling.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.
